Pros
1. The company is committed to encourage all employees to have a healty balance between work and life. 2. Overall, it's a pretty cool company to work for!
Cons
It's a medium size fabless semiconductor company. For people who want to do rotation in different groups, it might not be able to provide a wide range of choices for them. (but this is a common one for all small-medium semiconductor company, right?)
