      Decent benefits. Location in San Diego.

      Cons

      Worst management; fraternity ish culture and older people only caring about their career. Only a certain group of people can advance by being favored and not based on the actual performance. Too many people doing the minimum, not friendly not accepting new people, waiting to retire by gossiping.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
