      Pros

      So many learning opportunities if you are interested. Benefits are good. Industry leader.

      Cons

      Their manufactured product business heavily dependent upon 2/3 prime clients, which sometimes makes Qualcomm so vulnerable. Some internal politics are there. So it's not always how you perform.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
