      You can find interesting work (lateral move is not super easy) Fun group of People Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and political Doesn’t matter how hard you work, promos and pay increases are based on number of years in title. Not easy to move between teams esp higher you go Up in title.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
