* Work with cutting-edge technology * Very talented and smart people * Little micro-managing * Good perks and environment to work in All in all, the atmosphere is great. It can sometimes require long hours but it never feels grueling; partly because the projects are interesting.
Cons
* Pay tends to be lower than industry average * Product roadmap and strategic planning often puts more pressure on engineers than necessary. This especially applies to canceled products that only serve as a time-waste that could've been better spent * Compute resources aren't as plentiful as it could be and hampers how fast things can get done
