Not reliable company to work - Too much politics and False Metrics - Resolution Manager Quest Software Employee Review

Great leadership team. Driving change. Empowerment.

There is a lot to work on to accomplish the goals set out by leadership.

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
