Pros

Great low level managers and decent benefits.

Cons

With the Dell acquisition, we were told to continue business as usual, but then they pulled back resources, stopped hiring, and told us to do more work with fewer employees. They often didn't replace head count when they left. Product quality decreased, which was obvious to customers. You can point out that my review is really about Dell management, but the damage was pretty permanent. A new name and a pretty new logo doesn't fix years of mismanagement and damage to the products.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
