Pros

Flex hours, remote work with paid internet and electricity, also equipment to the job properly all arriving at your doorstep on time, pay has never been late and the communication is open and constant.

Cons

Updating paychecks upon promotions is sometimes late and sloppy. They did pay it eventually, it's just a small annoyance. Company works with some outsourcing companies that do a sub-par job and communication with them is sometimes very hard.

Pros

Quest Software is a great place to work. The people are genuinely good people, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Quest is a strong environment if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with experienced teams, and helping customers address real business and security challenges. The company has a deep portfolio, talented employees, and many opportunities to collaborate across sales, presales, product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams. I also appreciate the flexibility, the trust given to senior employees, and the ability to contribute strategically beyond a narrow job description.

Cons

Like many large technology organizations, processes can sometimes be complex, and internal alignment across teams may take time. There are also opportunities to improve enablement, communication, and consistency around product packaging, roadmap visibility, and internal workflows.
