Bloated and inexperienced leadership team with people in positions cos of connections. Imagine, the management team is almost the size of the working team (if you don't count the indo team). Management has no network and is clueless how to bring in business. Creative leadership is too old school and one dimensional, Most sg-based businesses don't care if their agency is award-winning. Think about all the money to pay the management when agency is already struggling. Bleeding when a lot of their job functions are unneccesary for an agency so small now.
