      Pros

      Can only grow in company if you switch out of departments. Otherwise, you're stuck in your position.

      Cons

      No vacation days the first year. ( need to earn them for the 2nd year to use), Benefits are terrible, no matching on 401K unless you're matching with the company which is 50%.
