      There is so much potential at this company overall. This plants salary is pretty good for this area.

      Cons

      This plant is so poorly managed it's scary. I would not recommend this plant to anyone. I have never seen such a cutthroat place. They are making so many mistakes and it is nothing but the blame game. Very poor to non existent benefits.
