      Pros

      decent starting slaty but it never gets better.

      Cons

      Their form of training is 1 week in the warehouse labeling tape. If you want to consider this industry as your career you’re going to be miserable from day one. Everyone I worked with was depressed because there is nothing cool about selling sand paper, tape and glue.

      Pros

      Majority of leadership and employees care deeply about each other and doing the right thing by customers.

      Cons

      Many people have been with the company 20-30years - while great, gaining their buy-in for needed change is difficult and slow.

      Pros

      Easy first job, since they eliminated college degree requirement for entry level jobs.

      Cons

      Horrible structure and communication from upper management to team. Job description do not match actual work. Promise of advancement only for you to do more work for same pay. Bonus pay were eliminated for lower staff but management still gets it, and HR has way too much power.
