      Good management but inconsistent support from HR - Senior Analyst R1 RCM Employee Review

      Pros

      There is all good management and transport, You have your right do your according to you. But at the end you have to complete your task.

      Cons

      HR team is not good in R1 and in some process Manager are not good they have a strict Time on system only on those process not on all.

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
