      Pros

      To begin with, it is a hospital management outsources company with a very low work profile. Since, it is an off-shore site, fixed shifts and week offs are the only pros that can be so defined.

      Cons

      Worthless management, Negligible administration, Outdated redressal mechanism, Chaotic transport facility, Disorganised onboarding for new joiners, A typical company with unprecedented work culture

      Pros

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
