      Pros

      The Employees are the hardest working individuals and come to work everyday trying to do what is best for patients.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no concern for employees, but protect their bonus Morale is very low at Lake Park people openly talk about applying at other companies Anyone from Chicago or the Corporate offices is immediately more knowledgeable then anyone that has worked at IMH for years.

      Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Pros

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
