      Decent wages and benefits are offered

      Cons

      Constantly changing what we are working on. Having to do the same work in two separate systems that are constantly failing. Upper management is absolutely clueless as to the requirements to the job. They believe the India reps are doing a great job, when in reality they make our job much more difficult.

      - People are easy to work with - Great exposure to healthcare revenue cycle and working with healthcare data - Remote work is big plus

      - Depending on teams, some are more meeting-heavy while others are not
