Pros

Flex work time, immediate PTO collection.

Cons

EXTREMELY TOXIC WORKPLACE! Verbally abusive, pathological liars, and backstabbers. 3 of my co-workers went home crying almost every day, because of the lies, verbally abusive treatment, and backstabbing that went on! Over exaggeration of quotas that they KNOW could never be met....especially if they wanted to get rid of you. They would load you up with daily quotas not even the most experienced and fastest of us could do in one day! The constant verbal abuse was never ending. Then they would act like nothing happened, and they just didn't tell you that you were a useless moron with no skills to do the job! And HR just ignored everything that goes on there. And the backstabbing is never ending as well. They tell you one thing, then tell their boss the exact opposite, place ALL BLAME on everything THEY cannot do, onto YOU!!! Many people quit, many had to work to pay bills, and those are the ones that clocked out everyday with tears running down their faces. Don't believe these high ratings for this company you see online, they are ALL company shills that make these high ratings for them!! They know how awful and despicable they are, and will do anything to cover it up! As they have been for years now.

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
