Pros

The company is a true leader when it comes to differential parts. Everyone has a certain pride in the products offered and they stand behind the quality. Everyone is always working together as a team to take care of customers and reach new ones . Company is very receptive to ideas and innovation to continue the success and positive growth . Open door policy , upper management works close with everyone and will address everyone needs to make you successful .

Cons

Randys is aggressive and fast pace , like any company going thru growth. With that said not everyone can handle the expectation , and ever evolving atmosphere. Communication , and guidance can be tough as the growth continues.
