      -Vision and product has potential -People around me are friendly

      Cons

      -No marketing -No brand recognition -Incomplete products ("Get the sale, then we will build it") -Decision of CEO made on emotion and projects are left incomplete -Acquisitions of organisations are purely strategic and crushed rather than nurtured to continue to grow -Business has no room for autonomy

      WFH, flexible schedule, good communication, no micromanagement

      Cons

      Not many promotion opportunities. Most money and recognition seems to be funneled into sales personnel. Company is NOT queer-friendly.
