I have been working at Raising Cane's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Free drinks and food discounts

    Cons

    -They continously cut hours.
-overwork smaller groups to make more profit

When you get hired at a store opening and tell them the hours you are looking for they agree they can provide those hours to you. Too bad once the opening traffic dies down your hours will take a nose dive. They claim to care about their staff, but constantly talk about how they are spending too much on labor and you can expect to see your schedule change several times until you are reduced to almost nothing. Many people end up quitting because of how poor the hours are and they have to hire new people quickly to replace them. They also expect small groups to handle work meant for dollar the amount of people just to save money on labor. You get overworked for a small amount of pay, then have your hours reduced to nothing.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with future employees of your business pratices.
