- Salary deductions will always be used to threaten you, even if they won't explain specifics of the violation, and even if the violation has no impact on your work and productivity but just some strict arbitrary rule they want to enforce - Good luck getting a raise or promotion, they've skewed the performance system to be impossible - Overcrowding and uncomfortable office environment -- good luck getting anywhere on the elevators even with the "new" system and the equally busy stairs (RCH specifically). - Not accommodating at all to people with disabilities, even when a doctor's certificate is provided - The term "e-learning" will take on a new form of PTSD you'll never knew could exist - CEO won't even follow his own core principals that he expects everyone else to exceed at
