Pros
People are generally nice in the office. LinkShare does offer work/life balance if you have the right manager. There are a lot of employees who do try to make LinkShare a better company.
Cons
Many mangers don't know how to manage. They often delegate work to one to three hardworking team members while allowing others to coast by with little work. Many issues arise from bad decisions made from leaders who don't know what they are doing.
