      Pros

      given a lot of client resonsibility right away. Lots of different tasks. No day was the same. Everything was always changing. That coulde be pretty exciting.

      Cons

      Compensation wasn't very good. Also, compensation was pretty variable and comp packages changed a lot. You never really knew what you were getting so it was hard to plan. Compensation and your client goals didn't align very well so it was hard to be incented to do waht was best for clients.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.

      hard to get movement or pay raises. annual raises are lucky to be 3%
