      -you can get away with doing nothing

      Cons

      -terrible management -all the smart and talented people move to different companies so the only people left are the incompetent ones who then get promoted to be managers because, well they've been there the longest.

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
