      food and drink once a week

      Cons

      letting lots of staff go and then rehiring the same roles for no reason other than management doesnt know what they are doing overworked and underappreciated. they believe their staff is expendable (as proven by letting them all go without a plan to replace them) no progression paths and no work satisfaction

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
