      - Technically sound architects and principal engineers - Open to new tech stack - English environment - No micro management

      Cons

      - Start salary may be less compared to the market because of the other perks. - Perks include: 3 times meal everyday, recreational activity budget every year, chance to visit overseas conferences and overseas offices, company wide parties with snacks, freebies, etc.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
