      Lots of scope to do as an Engineer Several types of task and projects to work on, frontend, backend, CI/CD, batch jobs, DB pipelines, mobile apps Depending on teams, can rub of from skilled people surrounding

      Cons

      Easily be doing overtime to complete all tasks Goals settings and HR targets can be not of your interest Task assignment is not as organized Expected to do anything thrown at even if its new language

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
