Don't think that you would work in a company like google or facebook, Its just a Japanese style company hiring lots of foreigners regardless their skills/abilities Basically most people with decent resume leave in 1 or 2 years. The way they hire engineer is very random and people with good background leave quite soon, sometimes you can meet great engineer to learn from him but please always get prepared that he would leave soon. technical environment is not very professional and the engineer quality is far behind those top companies in Asia/US Lots of rules, especially you need to attend a company-wide and business-style meeting before 7:57 every Tuesday, which you won't have chance to attend in any top companies across the globe.
