      Gives chances to students from 3rd tier colleges but on slave wages and 3 year bonds. Can be a stable place if you can look busy.

      Is run pretty much like a service based company, experience can vary according to team. Do not choose if you want career growth.

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
