      Great tenure in our region, outstanding local leadership (for the time being), solid reputation in the community

      Cons

      Recent acquisition of SFN Group and mass management changes, promoting only Mergis managers...and lack of communication of management about upcoming changes, seemingly arbitrary changes being made in management by our new President with out getting to know the local talent.

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
