      Started out great. Alot of fun. Just felt like they stop caring after about 2 mos.

      Cons

      Assistant manager looks out for himself only. Pretends to be your friend but really doesn't care AT ALL about you. No support with online training then again expected to know everything.

      Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

      Cons

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
