      They have contests throughout the year for you to be able to earn a few extra days off or Amex gift cards. Usually hours are flexible

      Cons

      Monitor all calls. Office communication is bad and there is not much stress put on teamwork so everyone is just looking out for themselves.

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
