Pros

Free Lunches Remote Hybrid Equipment provided Room to grow

Cons

Most of these positions are in sales. I was hired as an account development manager, basically a recruiter. They told me that I would have 13 weeks of training (when I left they were condensing it to 6 weeks because it was too much of a waste of time). The 13 weeks of training is basically training for Staffing Managers (aka Sales), There is a lot of competitiveness to the point that its borderline toxic. If you thrive in that environment, then go for it. Also, my team that I started with was new too, and a lot of time we felt like we couldn't ask for help and if we did, we were made to feel incompetent for asking. Upper management was stressed to the point where one actually went to the ER. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even to people looking to get a job through their staffing services. Candidates looked like numbers. During my time there, diversity lacked in upper management.

Pros

My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

Cons

Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
