Randstad is an awesome company to work for! If you are dedicated and good at what you do at Randstad, they are quick to recognize that through promotion, recognition, prizes and compensation. The company has aggressive yet attainable metrics and those that are passionate about succeeding, achieve their numbers and become leaders in the company. The working hours are good so there is an expectation that you get your work done during business hours by working hard and efficiently. Those that lack a sense of urgency, are afraid to pick up the phone, or are looking for the easy path, find it difficult working at Randstad. Someone that has always excelled in what they’ve done in jobs/life/sports would find that growth opportunities are endless. It’s a structured, growing company with ample training resources, selling/recruiting tools, and helpful managers to support your growing business. All-stars that are committed to being the best and are consistently top performers do very well here and love it!
Cons
The internal database/actvitiy tracking is not as quick as I’d like to document activities efficiently or pull reports in real time. I hear they are coming out with a new one this year though!
