Pros

Beautiful campus Brand name Nice actual office (not cube) Decent medical / dental benefits Nice parking garages On-site cafeteria is good

Cons

Constant CYA No work life balance (worked avg of 65 hours a week) Spend too much time in meetings Poor management / leadership skills (needed constant coaching for even the smallest of decisions) Very political organization Every decision takes 5 committees and a complete consensus (impossible to move forward) Sluggish organization, adverse to change Culture is based on sales / competitive (needed for the core business) but not appropriate in the corporate environment where it should be collaborative / team focused. Siloed

Pros

Small firm feel and easy to stand out as a high performer.

Cons

The firm is very old school in promotions and growth so they value tenure over performance.
