Pros
The people are some of the smartest and most motivated in the industry. Passionate and brilliant.
Cons
Unfortunately the type of people I mention above are gradually been overtaken by beuraocrats and generally people who just don't understand open-source and what it means. Also, the management generally ranges from average to awful. There are some great managers there, but they're few and far between.
