Business Outlook
Pros
Culture, work life balance, pay, the people..........I could go on and on, I've been with Red Hat over 6yrs and can't think of ever leaving. Product innovation is great, customer service is superior to any other and management does a great job not getting in our way.
Cons
some turnover in Sr. Leadership has cause for concern. New leadership at the top seems to not have the "open source" culture that is the back bone of this organization. Giving it time, but could be cause for future concern that some want Red Hat to be like IBM and Oracle.
