Pros

Loved this company, my team, and management. We had service partners who helped run out food and drinks while you as a sever got to interact more with customers and make a better connection. It also allowed you to take more tables, have quicker service, and faster turnover times all resulting in more tips. It was great for SP's as well because the ones that did not want to be servers and did not want to host or do Togos had an opportunity to make some tips as well.

Cons

Recently they removed the SP's and went back to the traditional service where servers are running their own food, bottomless sides, drinks, and bar drinks. Many of the servers were trained here only knowing to use SP's and are now struggling to serve, customers are less happy, slower turn overtimes, SP's are quitting or being forced to move as a server, and overall less tips. Work here if they bring back the SP service. :)
