      Corporate stores are ran differently than privately owned stores so customers do not have a consistent experience and that becomes your issue to solve

      Good entry level sales experience. Always a positive experience with co-workers and upper management

      Commission structure felt limiting and stingy at times. Pay increases are minimal. No real opportunities to move up.
