      Boots are pretty cool. You get a discount on them.

      Cons

      New management is extreamly micromanaging. Now you are fully monitored. Number of emails responded to per day, any measureable activity is logged and all freedom to work at your own-reasonable pace is gone. The freedom and autonomy that came with remote work is all this company had going for it. The management should not kid themselves. With salaries well below other companies and raises that don't keep up with inflation, why else aside from dwindling freedoms would I stay? Will be leaving soon. It's just no longer worth it here.

      Good entry level sales experience. Always a positive experience with co-workers and upper management

      Cons

      Commission structure felt limiting and stingy at times. Pay increases are minimal. No real opportunities to move up.
