      Pros

      A brand you can be proud to work for. Very flexible for work/life balance. Fosters an inclusive environment. Invests in their employees recognizing where they can grow. (promotes within, if possible) Very supportive of people/community/earth. Good benefits with nice vacation/sick time. A company that you feel like you are part of a family.

      Cons

      In my corporate position, there were very few cons, and the pros definitely supersede the cons.

      Good entry level sales experience. Always a positive experience with co-workers and upper management

      Cons

      Commission structure felt limiting and stingy at times. Pay increases are minimal. No real opportunities to move up.
