      Large company with fantastic resources while maintaining a startup culture. Great comp, benefits, and PTO plan.

      Cons

      Location in Tarrytown can be difficult to get to crossing the bridge depending on where you live. Hybrid schedule changed to mostly on site.

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
