      Abusive leadership, no autonomy, micromanagement. Leadership doesn't care if you complain about it. They justify bad behavior.

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
