      Great experience for entry level employees for a couple of years with some nice facilities

      Cons

      Poor management structure, not enough technical expertise within management Retention / Promotional opportunities are extremely limited when not on the People Management Path

      Great company! I loved working with my team and there was nice work-life balance.

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
