It is good to hear that flexibility, remote work, and the collaboration with peers were strong parts of your experience. At the same time, we are sorry to read how much things have shifted over the past two years, and how those changes have affected trust and stability.
We also hear your frustration about leadership and the impact on morale, including seeing top performers leave. That is difficult feedback, but it is important. Thank you for taking the time to spell out what felt different and what you believe needs to change.
