Pros

You excel in knowledges about high quality, lead qualification.

Cons

almost 0 guidance, manager expects you to get in touch with senior AEs to guide and mentor you. Not bad idea, but more internal trainings should be provided. As at the end if the rep does not perform its not the lack of trainings and know how, but "the rep not being suited for the role", basically they choose you as suited for the role, and if something goes south, they will gas light you, saying stuff light we did a mistake, you seem to be not fitted for the role, you should think about it... Harsch buit, it is how it is, sales is a numbers game, at Remote or at Mc Donalds. Besides of my experience now, Remote's Services are 100% the best for global teams, start ups , mid market and even enterprise at some point.

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

Cons

If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you

Pros

Great people, great direct managers.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected. Very much the throw it away if it doesn't work mentality.
