We’re very concerned by what you describe regarding management quality, burnout, and a culture where people don’t feel safe raising concerns. That is not the environment we want to create at Remote. Psychological safety, respect, and sustainable ways of working should never be compromised and we recognise the importance of leadership accountability in shaping day-to-day reality.
We also understand how unsettling it can feel when team changes aren’t handled transparently or humanely. While we can’t comment on individual circumstances, we take feedback like this seriously as we reflect on how we lead, support managers, and ensure people feel heard and protected when they speak up.
