      Pros

      Incredible company culture and transparency. Very thought-though onboarding with thorough documentation, video materials, and support through slack channels. The CEO is very engaged and transparent. Both founders have a great vision and in just 2 years have built an incredible organization to be a part of. Flexible hours is not something that is just advertised, it is a reality and I am loving it. Great benefits and global minimum wage of 40k/year.

      Cons

      Nothing major, some work tools arent fully automated or optimized yet but it is part of the process in a fast developing organization.

      Pros

      Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

      Cons

      If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you

      Leadership is disconnected. Very much the throw it away if it doesn't work mentality.
