      Good life/work balance, great benefits (although they are diminishing), good salary. Great people to work with; collaborative environment.

      Cons

      No career progression for non-Spanish employees. Very political. Decisions and actions based on political opportunities vs. what is good for the business.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
