      Promotions don’t go hand by hand with wage, if wages are not negotiated upon entry there is a high chance it becomes stagnant

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
